Where can I find a video about the entire Star Wars Story?

Simple answer ... no ... at least not one that would be anywhere near right. Being a Star Wars fan is a lifetime obsession ... has to be because as you have found ... it's a big story. The only real way to learn it all is to read the books and comics. The wiki sites are OK but they are full of so much tainted data that it's not even funny. You could try the Documentary called "Empire of Dreams". It is on the extras disk that came out with the DVD verisons of the OT but that just tells the story of the movies for the most part although Lucas does talk about what led up to the events of the movies. There are lots of vids of Lucas on YouTube but for the most part all you get with them is to see how many times Lucas steps on his own "johnson" by contradicting himself all over the place and only giving the "my words were taken out of context" as a reason for all the contradictions. I can give you a couple sentences that will sum it up ... Jedi Order and Sith Order fight all the time and drag the rest of the people of the galaxy into there fight. In the end nobody wins.
