They are working on robotics, so I guess you could say yes to that. While there are people involved it will never even be anywhere near merely acceptable, never mind perfect! The process is good, but the people running it are not usually.

perfect government,hmm ?that's like rocking horse poo or hairy eggs or money in my wallet etc,not even vaguely possible,if there was a god I suppose that would be about as close as one could get to perfect gov' but science would have a problem with that too wouldn't it ?
