while in Spain my young grandson was told not to give coins to a beggar,I agreed that it was unwise for a child to do so but that it was a good thing for an adult to do and that even if ,as he believed,it may be a scam by the beggar we all had a responsibility to help any who ask if we can and that wether it was a scam or not it would be unsafe to prejudge and condemn .What say you on the matter of begging,right or wrong?

When I use a tape measure I hold it in my left hand and use a pencil to mark the plank etc with my right (am right handed) so why are the numbers on the tape always upside down,am I kak handed or are tape makers dimwits ?try it and see.

some say that perpetual motion is not possible but surely if an object was set spinning in the vacuum of space well away from any other body then would it not continue to spin indefinitely hence perpetual motion ?or have I missed something ?
