Start with your family doctor, they can do a physical to see if anything is wrong with you. They will then be able to refer you to a psychiatrist, or a counselor should they feel the need to do so.

These two are often linked - tho' it is the question of which came first - the chicken or the egg. Think back to see when you first noticed symptoms - has there been a traumatic event in your life in the last, oh, 18 months? A death, job loss, big break-up, etc?
Then notice when you feel better, or worse. Does it fluctuate from morning to night?, is it worse ( or better) on a particular day of the week?, etc.
Do not feel that you are the only one out here with that problem. See your primary care physician (or clinic) first. He or she can check you out and decide the net step. I could be something as simple as your thyroid (or similar), and easily remedied.
And counseling is nothing to be shy about...remember, you want to feel better...keep that goal in mind.
All best wishes....
