Leg lifts, crunches, pullups, pushups, and situps. 50 times a day. In four weeks, you'll be toned. Go to the gym to work out, run one mile per day and every other day increase it to 2 miles, etc.
Also, drink lots of water. It can help stimulate your muscles when you work out and drink lots of liquids. But, don't drink any caffinated drinks of food, as it decreases muscle weight.
Remember to eat healthy too-think green. Fruits and veggies help build not only strong bones, but also stronger and bigger muscles.
One common myth I've heard (which everyone I know believes) is that milk can help build strong muscle. Stay away from this myth-----it can only add on fat to your body because of the fat it contains.
If you follow all of these simple rules, you will have a chance of turning that fat into muscle!

Include lots of protein in your diet and make sure to have some protein after a gym session (which should include weights and core work) which restores your torn muscles. Protein shakes are good for this. Read more:

No booze, no soda, LOTS of water
Take creatine
Join and gym with a personal trainer
Work your butt off daily on weights and cardio
You still won't make it, but you'll be on your way.

you can not. be realistic. you can get there, but it will take work and time. if it could be done in a month, there would be no need for diet and fitness magazines.
