You only get paranoid when your totally baked. So wether or not it is legalized people do get paranoid.

paranoia is a clinically documented effect of marijuana as well as psychotic breaks. Marijuana has been linked to adult onset schizophrenia. yes. people would stilll bnecome mentally ill after smoking it, perhaps more people would because people assume that because something is legal it is "safe. "
