Is there an online guide to chinese food?
I'm looking for a website that explains different chinese foods. For example, I know that Egg Foo Young is an omelette-like dish with vegetables and various meats. Is there a site that explains "foo young" means xYZ, "Mu Shu" means "abc" etc? so that I can have some idea what combination of things or preparation method each item on the menu means??

you go to about.com, then search for chinese food.
they have answers to every question you might have and more than enough information as they have a good number of links to go to.
