How come retarded people ask "What's your nationality?" when they really mean "What's your ethnicity?"?

Because they get it mixed up or don't know the difference

You can be of Asian Ethnicity and be French...

You can be French Ethnicity and be Mexican...

The origin of your DNA and your country of residence can be two distinct things or they can be the same...
