Why do Americans get mad when Mexicans wave their flags in the country?

not all americans are like that- im american and i think its perfectly fine- i have no problems with mexicans, jewish, muslim, african, russian, ect... america was built on people from all over- the indians as you said- english, and so on and so forth- but i dont think that people realize that the american flag is meant to represent ANYONE who lives in the US- and for example if someone is african american- they are american- same with mexican- american

of course people can wave any flag they like- some people might not necessarily like it but thats what makes everyone different- i think you'll find that not every american is a rude self absorbed snob- im going to have to say this like it or not but if you actually talk to americans you can find out real quick how they feal about you weather its good or bad...

Because we believe we are the greatest country in the world, we get offended when people show pride for other countries. I'm sure we would get glares waving the American flag around in Mexico, in fact I am sure because when I visited Mexico I saw a man wearing a tshirt with the American flag on it and people started to yell at him. That's the last time I'm going to Mexico.

What the hell does not be indigenous to North America have to do with any of this? This is now a nation called "The United States of America" just like Mexico is a nation.

When Mexican people who come into my country ( many illegally) who start using this countries services and start using this country for their own political and economic gain then have the nerve to start waving the flag of the country they just left behind all around then yeah it pisses me and many Americans off.

Would Mexico put up with Americans coming into their country who start using all of their countries services (mostly at the Mexican tax payer expense) and then tolerate those Americans start waving the American flag all around? I can tell you right now THEY WOULD NOT! Your American *** would be kicked out of Mexico if that were to happen.

I can't understand why America is the only nation on Earth that is expected to put up with **** that no other nation would tolerate whether it's people coming to this nation who don't want to speak the language or who don't want to assimilate yet, expect the country they want nothing to do with to turn around and bow down to all of their little wants and demands.

It's just that some take offense, and will blast the living hell out of you (verbally/physically) in a country that is still technically part of Mexican land.

Hence the Names California,Texas,Nevada,Florida, they were all named after Spaniard from the Spanish Empire prior to "Americans" rising. After spain was conquered, Mexicans had a huge vast amount of land, until the US government gave permission for squatters to take their land from Mexicans leading all the way to the Mexican American war.

America also conquered Hawaii, as it used to be a monarchy.

It's a fact that's stated in history books all over the world.

youre #2 though..yes they come here for economic reasons..they take the jobs that OUR country needs and also are not having to pay taxes on it..that sound right to u?? if they want to come here for vacation thats fine..get a passport and vacation over here but dont here illegally and take jobs that an american needs and throw it in the faces of us.,.

I work with nearly all mexicans, and honestly i love them, they are mostly good people who have morals and who care about their families above anything else, (we could all use learning that lesson.)

I would never have a problem with any of them, with one condition... learn english, and don't be angry with me that i only speak a little spanish.

Because they come here and steal our jobs and lower our wages for the ones they don't steal, want us to have to all speak Spanish instead of learning English and then after they have taken so much from this country have the nerve to have rallies where they all fly the Mexican flag without taking any pride in this country.

My granddaddy didn't fight in WWII and march with Dr. King in order for this to happen
