What is the legal definition of a terrorist?
If a person is trying to make your life bad by plotting with others to ruin your life -does that define them as a terrorist ? Can I protect myself from them by dragging them off the premises and giving them a flogging of a lifetime. I am a marginalised person with no support. No job for me means NO LIFE.....

Generally terrorism is defined along the lines of 'the use or threatened use of violence against noncombatants by a non-state entity to promote political, religious or ideological goals'. Of course definitions vary greatly, even to the extent that different agencies and departments within the same government will use different definitions.
What you describe is not what would normally be described as terrorism. You are being terrorised, perhaps, but that is not the same thing. Still, it is possible that they are breaking some law.
And no, you cannot drag them away and flog them. The law allows you to use force only to the minimum extent necessary to defend yourself. You cannot hit someone as a kind of punishment.

You ramble too much.
As far as I can tell, 'terrorism" is a pretty vague term that can apply to anything from local gang activity to blowing up buildings in other countries.

There are always two defintions, ours and theirs. Both are right and both are wrong.
