Unemployment question?

Alright I am working part time while I still collect unemployment for the state of michigan. Now my question is when I report my income do I give them the net (after tax) income or gross (before tax) income.

You ALWAYS report the GROSS amount earned, even if you have not been paid it yet.

Yes more then likely it's probably the gross. Call your local unemployment office to find out for sure! ♥

Gross is what you need to report.

    Um...

You don't get unemployment if you have a job...
