Both are very annoying. I mean, it's rude to mention someone's mom in an insult!
And 'that's what she said' is annoying! All the guys I know say it like 24/7 and it's annoying!

I think you mom is more annoying because its pointless and often makes no sense when the comment said before it. When "thats what she said" is used correctly it can sometimes be funny, although it can get old.

In my opinion, "your mom" is more annoying. Like you could say, where's my camera at? And they would say "your mom" does that make any sense? I get mad when people say "your Mom"
