Make sure you have a schedule. Breakfast at 9, lunch at 12, snack at 3, supper at 6, bath at 8 then bed. This will make the day easier to handle, by breaking it up a little. Then decide to have play time with their toys for an hour after mealtime, then outside with bubbles or balls for 30 minutes, then reading or coloring for 30 minutes, then a movie or computer for 30 minutes. Then it's almost time to get the next meal ready! It will make the day go by more quickly, trust me--unstructured days with my 3 year old drag, but a schedule helps the time go by.
Since there are two of them, I would think that you wouldn't have to do as much "entertaining" as you would with just one kid, but I do understand your nervousness.
If you are still a little anxious, there are lots of print-outs on the internet for kindergarten/early elementary age kids. I can't list them all, just type in google "activities for kindergarten" or something similar.

Oh boy, your in for some fun..(more like torture) I had to babysit a 4 and 7 year old for the whole weekend while my friends went away. They said they were great and i believed them because they were oh so polite whenever i went over their house. I had a horrible time. I think i even asked this question on here before and i had it all planned out. In the morning i would make pancakes for them and let them help so they won't be bored. After that they would get their showers. Go to the park with them. Drive them to the mall and walk around for a while and then go home and make dinner for them while they watch tv or go play outside. Then go to bed.
NOTHING like i planned it to be. In the morning i was planning to wake up around 8 but the kids woke up at 4:30. They were all hyper and i ended up burning the pancakes. While they were getting showers (they get them at the same time since there are 4 bathrooms) i was running back and fourth while they yelled commands at me to get them soap or make the water hotter while the other was screaming from downstairs it was too cold. When we went to the park they were fine so i thought they just weren't good morning people...until we got to the mall. They ran to the nearest elevator and closed it on me. Went all the way to the highest floor too. It took me forever to find them and when i did they ran again and i looked like a fool running in the mall. We went to a movie after that, and they would not stay in their seats so we left early. When we were driving the 4 year old found scissors on the ground of my car (i was cutting a tag off a shirt the day before) and he hacked my hair off!
I ended up getting 4 inches of my hair cut at the salon after that weekend. The whole weekend went that way and i was so exhausted that night i locked them in their rooms at 8.
Trust me,it won't be as horrible for you...at least i hope not. These kids were crazy and i usually babysit 5 babies and toddlers at a time. Thats a piece of cake compared to those to kids.

Start with their toys. You can race their toy cars, build something from building blocks (Lego or similar) etc.
Color/draw, play dough. Most kids like this. Give them ideas of what they can draw or make out of play dough (e.g. one of the toys) Or download some printouts from internet. I use this website: http://www.toddler-net.com/Games_art_crafts.html
Puzzles and board games.
Read books
If allowed, take them outside for some sport games, running, or biking
