Your mom is right. Maybe she doesn't have the time and money for another pet. You should be happy to have pets. There are lots of people who would like to have a pet. Be thankful.
BUT, if you REALLY want one, take the time to make a presentation to why you want one. Offer to get a job to pay for the food, toys, vet bills. If your dog gets sick, the vet bills are A LOT. Also think about how you will go one vacation. Remember, you will have to sacrifice more time to clean up after the poddle than hang out with friends.
I guess if you are ready to spend a lot of time and money on a new pet, then tell your mom. If she says no again, trust me, she has good reasons. Try paying ettention to your current pets. How would you like it if your mom wanted another baby cause she was 'sick' of you all the time and wanted something new.

How many animals do you need? Remember that animals take money to care for with food, vet bills, licensing, upkeep, etc.
Its her decision because she is the parent and the one that works for the money. Its also her house.
EDIT----No 10 points?! I hope I can sleep tonight.
Did you know that a sign of immaturity is when you ask a question and get mad when you don't get the answer you wanted?

Respectfully ask her why she doesn't want you to have any more animals. If it is because she doesn't want to spend any more money on food for them, maybe you could earn some money to pay for their food. Once you know your mom's reasoning maybe you can remedy the problem.

i would just ask, why not any more animals.
we can't help if we don't have her reason why she doesn't want any more animals. it could be anything. maybe she thinks the family can't handle any more, maybe you cant afford it, maybe she doesnt want any animals for you to get attached to, and then it dying. maybe she doesnt think the animals could get along. that is all four reasons why my mom said no to me wanting a hedgehog or hamster or rabbit.
