Any rumors of the 8000 housing tax credit being extended or a new program being created?

Won't be ready to buy a house until next year, but can't stand to lose out on the $8000 tax credit.

They were thinking about changing to any one can get not just first time home buyers, and instead of 8000 it would 15000 and if it passes it would go into effect late fall so it might get extended we will see. That would be nice!

No but we will see. I think No as last months reports show home sales were up beyond expectations, meaning the inventory is drying up especially with the toxic assets "foreclosures" are being bought up. We will have to see how home sales are in the next two months to get a definite answer. There is a rumor of 15k for a credit there is no shape way or form this will happen.

Whoa there. the living house voted on a bill that lined an extension. that's a step in the main appropriate direct, however the extension isn't yet regulation. FIRST, the living house of representatives has to pass the extension, then the president has to sign it. as quickly as those issues take place, it is going to become regulation. there continues to be the possibility that the living house will substitute the small print. If that occurs, then they should address the adjustments and agree on some thing until now the president can sign it into regulation.

Absolutely. Yes. There are rumors about that. Extending it, increasing it, offering it to everyone who buys a house.

There are also rumors about the interest rates doubling by Christmas.

There are also rumors that we are in for the biggest depression this country has EVER seen. I don't like this one, but I do agree with it.
