Putting on a condom right?

I might be putting on a condom wrong. How do I know which side is the right side, so it goes on easy? How do I know if I am putting it on inside-out?

    leave like 2 inches off the tip, push the air out [this prevents busting] then unroll it with the rolled up portion on the outside.it should unroll easily. thats how, practice without a girl there l0l.
