May be the format is not compatible with your DVD player Mostly UDF is playable on normal DVD player. You can try to download from the internet a video converter. Then convert your video files to UDF ( Universal Disc Format) or other formats that your DVD player is compatible with.

In order for you dvd player to play the movie, it has to be in dvd format (like .vob and .sub). I don't know what format you have right now (probably .avi), but you have to convert it. Personally I use ConvertXtoDVD.

By the way: punctuation is your friend.

You're out of luck without the original. It did not get burned correctly so all you will have is another coaster.

u would need a video converter, I think this one works, for AVI, MPEG, others

    http://www.any-video-converter.com/products/for_vi...

    this one for xVid

when you convert , experiment which file would work on your player

    try

xVid, DivX, AVI, MPEG (last resort coz their large files, takes ages to convert)
