What time in the morning does Rush-Hour traffic start in Denver, CO?

I flew from SLC, UT to Denver - my flight was 1hr 10min. My drive from the Airport to my Hotel in Lakewood took 2hrs 30min because traffic was so bad. I'd hate to catch the same crap in the morning. My flight back to SLC leaves at 11am, will I make it if I leave at 7:30am?

    Tomorrow is Saturday so you won't get the regular Monday-Friday commuters.
