Western fun show class ideas?
I am organizing this year's fun show for our club. It is the final day of the fair and we always do about 10-12 play classes so everyone can have some fun and get their horses out of the barn for some exercise. I need fun ideas for big and little people. Some fast and some slow classes. I have my ideas, but am open to fresh ones. What do you like to do at a fun show?

bareback equitation

egg and spoon

ribbon race
generation gap (riders are in pairs, one person must be 10+ years older than the other, they both ride the same horse.)
hat race( its a foot race. no horse, but still fun)
flag race
keyhole
kid(kid leads and under 8 kid on horse) or adult(kid leads adult on horse) leadline
those are what I thought of off the top of my head-if you need me to explain any just ask.

I'm a big fan of offering "Jack Benny" classes for amateur riders: open only to riders age 39 and up. Sometimes adults who come late into the equestrian world feel like shows are dominated by junior and young adult riders. How about some classes limited to older, older riders? Be brave: offer a class for age 50 and older riders!

I LOVE costume classes! they are really fun. What is also fun is having bareback and have a dollar on your leg, you have to W./T/C with it, last person with the dollar wins!

well there is costume class, egg and spoon, bareback equitation, command classes. and tou can do some gymkhana too
