How do you start a PS3 without the HDMI cable?

I use an HDMI cable at home, but sometimes I go out and use my PS3 like a DVD player on travel on Standard Def TVs and I don't usually remember to switch it over in the software beforehand. Is there a shortcut to default back to the supplied A/V jack?

    1. Turn on the switch of your PS3. (It should be on standby mode where the red light is on)

    2. Hold the power button until you hear 2 beeps. (Now it has already switched to default AV settings.

    3. Your Done. =)

yes - when the ps3 is connected and powered off ( but the red stand-by light is on..) hold the power button for 10-15 seconds until it reverts to its original visual settings, click "yes" to keep those settings and you're good to go
