How does the Federal Government think they can manage the country's health care?

When they can't even manage a "small" program like Cash for Clunkers ??

I think it could go much like 'cash for clunkers'.

Below is a link showing a prime example of one clunkerized vehicle victim. Notice they drained the oil on the ground...yep, we're saving the planet by doing this allright!

If we use the same principal on people...you know, just a little cyanide in grandpa's Wheaties, and we can watch him fall on the floor, and do funny flips. It's green too...We would have one less consumer of air, water, and food on the planet. Makes just as much sense as the clunker bill.

Don'r forget...Tuesday is Soylent Green day!

Source(s): Comrade Stella; It will take a few months for America to feel the impact of cash for clunkers. These cars will not be in shops being repaired. Auto parts stores, and manufactures won't have as much business. Used car dealerships won't have anything but '70's cars to put on their lots... Think of the jobs lost in a already down economy! Much less at a time when Americans are pinching pennies to get by, they are virtually eliminating the used car market for consumers! Yep what a success Communism is! Eff you!

the easily shape is on reveal in Washington D.C. in the back of bullet evidence and UV glass and sealed in gases which supposedly avert it from deteriorating. it is likewise diminished right into a vault after hours immediately and supposedly the vault is nuke evidence. To be honest, i do no longer think of it does authorize governmetn to regulate wellbeing care. yet, i do no longer think of the form stipulates that a DUI is .08, or that a trooper has the right to seek your motor vehicle without your consent, nor does the form point out the inspection of peanut butter. frequently, if it relatively is a community that inner maximum marketplace that government takes over, government on no account can take care of or do the comparable job for equivalent or much less volume of money. keep in mind those rest room seats for airplanes that value thousand of greenbacks? government is all approximately putting up smoke displays. tell the persons what they like, make some speeches and do something else. it relatively is a actuality that the generic public has a quick interest span and strikes with the present events. Hitler pronounced if you're going to tell a lie, tell a huge one as that'll be greater achieveable. Heil obama!

Exactly. Obama must be living in the clouds because just the other day he announced how successful the program is when in actuality the paperwork is too long, the rule book to qualify is over 150 pages thick, and the government website that information is entered into often is down or times out during the process. Just yesterday a dealer here was on the local news sharing his frustrations with the program.

A good idea for the Government would be to look at the most successful health care systems in other countries and correlate all that which works best.

While it seems that Americans do not believe the US Government is as capable as other countries in providing health care an examination would be the first step and possibly hiring people involved in health care from other countries.

Personally I do not believe Americans are so stupid they have to suffer with the worst health care in the world for much longer but I could be wrong.

Medicare is run by the government and cash for clunkers is a success, even your whining conservative comrades say so.

The same kind of job they do on Medicare, where they lost 24 billion last year to fraud.

The program was wildly successful. The House just voted to triple the funding.
