Anyone likes living in Long Island, New York?
My daughter is moving to Long Island. Ive never been there, and would like to know what people think of it that live there, or has been there. Any comments?

My aunt loves it there (GC) but she complains that the medical jobs around the area are hard to find and is mostly in the Manhattan area.
That is somethng to consider if that is the field your daughter plans to go in if she won't like the commute.

i'm 17 and proceed to exist long island... as you recognize, its a intense high quality place to strengthen a kinfolk, yet once you do not have a license, it quite is boring... i'm specific you recognize what a great form of the time, shops close at around 9 or 10, that's boring and stupid... human beings shouldn't choose different persons, yet i could say that the island is a "cooler" place than upstate or whatnot
