Does anybody else hate Coraline?
Ok, I'm a big fan of the Burton-esque moves (Nightmare Before Christmas is my favorite movie of all time) and i read the book. The book was soo creepy and a real page turner. I finished the book today and watched the movie. So disappointing!! I hated how different it was and how much of a brat Coraline was in the movie! Also, I didn't like how out of sequence everything was. Like I said before the book was so easy to read and the movie, ugh! I almost had to shut it off!
Anywhoozles just let me know what you think of the movie compared to the book!
I do know that this is in no way affiliated with Burton I said Burton-esque movies. I've seen almost everyone of his movies though except Ed Wood and Sleepy Hollow which I want to see soon haha.

okay. i sort of- ish share the same veiw point as you.
coraline was a big let down.
the animations and image creativity in the movie, however, were very amazing.
the book was amazing.
the white hand thing and buttons for eyes were creepy though lol.
have you ever seen beetlejuice? is by tim burton. aliitle older but its still a great movie.
i love the morbid theme.

Let's break it down Kurt Cobain - Does not sing proper, but it's grunge man. Grunge isn't about being proper. It's like a punk attitude with just a bit different musical aspect to it. Krist Noviselic - He's a good bass player. He's not great, he's not bad. Dave Grohl - A ******* amazing drummer. Simple as that. It's based on opinion, but Nirvana is good as a band, even though their frontman isn't the greatest. I'm a guitarist, and I'm 15. I can honestly with out a doubt say skill wise, I am better at guitar then Kurt Cobain. They just work well as a band, and they got this attitude that people just love. They're Nirvana, and they won't care what you think at the end of the day

I love Tim Burton movies, but Coraline was definitely his worst by far. It wasn't horrible, but he has done much better work !
