Need help with Port Forwarding?

I am trying to create a static IP address, but whenever I put the DNS servers from the cmd IP config into the TCP IP settings, it wont work.

    Very simple.

    Routers usually have built in DNS servers. Therefore you can try using your router IP address as the DNS. If it does not work, you should use your ISP DNS servers.

    How do you get the ISP DNS servers.

    Let me teach you 1 method. Connect your PC to the internet using DHCP instead of static first (Automatic).

    1. Start->run->type cmd->type ipconfig /all

    2. You should see DNS servers IP address listed down. Use that IP address for the DNS servers in static configuration.
