Scalia approves of abortion. Does that make him a liberal communist?

Reagan appointed Scalia. If he said abortion should be legal, THAT'S BECAUSE IT IS! Anybody with half a brain knows it needs to be kept that way.

How do you equate a woman's right to choose with communism? That doesn't even make sense! I am a liberal, and I think communism is a joke. Why do you associate the two together? That's like me saying all conservatives hate homosexuals and are against same sex marriage! Totally not true.

Here's what I find ironic, if a criminal shoots and kills a pregnant mother and her baby dies, he gets charged with a double murder.

If a pregnant mother kills her own baby by abortion, it's ok!

So is the baby only a human life when others commit the crime?

According to the reasoning of many Yahoo Answers conservatives, yes.

Saying that a mother has more rights than a fetus does not mean anyone "approves of abortion."

Scalia was appointed by Reagan and he is not pro-abortion, he is in fact anti-abortion.
