If you had someone on first base and needed second stolen for sure, who has your confidence to get the job done no matter who is pitching/caching. Stats aside, your opinion.

I say Carl Crawford with Jose Reyes right there with him even with his messed up hamstring.

Carl Crawford hands down

BUT Jimmy Rollins as the highest stolen base percentage among active players so he deserves a honorable mention

Crawford... steals even when you know he's going... not the best ever (Ricky just went in the HOF) but a very good base stealer and the best in the game today.
