Apparently that is a read error. You don't need to worry about that. Do you update everytime you open Malwarebytes and is your version 1.40? At time of writing and updates quite a lot every day - Database version 2555 and Fingerprint loaded 120641

It's better to run a few scans...Download, update, run SuperAntiSpyware and A-squared. When finished download and run ccleaner and the reg cleaner in ccleaner.
