    After being a Republican for many years, I became a Libertarian a few years ago when I realized that my old party no longer represented me.

    Im conservative, Im attracted to the libertarian ideas more than republican politicians , hoping repubs will get their act together and fight for the PEOPLE instead of their funding for campaigns etc.. Seems the republicans are also big time wasteful spenders of our tax dollars for their own benifit, not as bad as the democrats are- but they both are a disappointment.
