What did Muslims in Hitler's SS units do?

Bosnian Muslims were aligned with the Nazis more because of their hatred of the common enemy, than due to common ideology. The Nazis & Bosnian Muslims were both anti-Semitic and anti-Slavic. The both hated Communism. So, they had common cause in WW2.

It's interesting to note that the leader of Palestinian Islam, Amin Al-Husseini, spent his wartime years organizing Bosnian Muslims who committed war crimes and genocide in Yugoslavia.

Also, Josef Goebbels was very successful at recruiting Muslims to Nazism in the 1930's. His influence led to anti-Semitic riots in Egypt, Iraq and Palestine. From 1936 ro 1939, hundreds of Palestinian Jews were killed by anti-Semitic mobs.

The Bosnian Muslims acted as a paramilitary force, usually collaborating with the Nazis to liquidate enemies in captured territory. 50 years later, the Slavs returned the favor. Their attacks against non-Slavs became known as "ethnic cleansing".
