Why can't I vote for a best answer. I'm at level 6.?
I will push the bar to vote and it comes up with zero votes. Or the question will be in voting mode and I will go in and there are no bars to vote with. Many times there will be several answers with 100% beside them. It is all messed up!

It is a Yahoo glitch.
Believe me, the votes are being registered, but do not show up always.
Yahoo is working on it. They were on Maintenance yesterday. Seems not solved.

something happened similar with me but while i was a level 3 i could answer as many questions as i wanted to now as as level 4 i have gone back to restrictions i do not know why
