When does Disney's Nov 09 calendar get published?

Calendars are generally published 3 months in advance (in time for ADRs). Some months run late. Last Nov it ran over a month late (but that was when there was 180 day ADRs and calendars were published 6 months in advance). This November it was a few days late.

I'm not sure when they will have the full month up, but if you check park hours beginning Oct. 26 (they list ten days at a time), they give the park hours for Nov. 1-4:

If you're ever looking for something and can't find it, try calling the Disney customer service line. They can tell you when things are or where to find them.
