the oils are awesome!
i got one at walgreen's. oils make your skin so smooth and some of them have the vitamin e, which i think does your skin good too.
i had the same problem when i came back from a vacation in the beach, except on my arms, so i used oil, and some extra moisturizer after that, and now my skin is silky smooth lol
if you can't buy any oil, maybe olive oil would work? just use a little and rub your hands and toes;)
hope i helped. good luck:)

i suffer from this too. "E45 DERMATALOGICAL CREAM" is very very good, i use it everyday and it really gets rid of dry skin! I got mine from Boots on the high street. Just your everyday moisturiser is good too. Go to your local shops too see if theres any treatments for dry skin.
Hope you found that helpful :D x
