Nearly All of them.
Are either edible or medicinal.
There are a myriad of books on the issue.
Just remember thou if they were really yummy we would be eating them on a regular basis.
Best comprehensive british book is still Culpepers Almanac.
Which I believe was written in the 1700s.

Dandelion is one I know of. The leaves stem and flower are all edible. Dandelion leaves are often used in salads.

I'm sure you could do a search and find all types...I have some growing in my garden that I know are for heart problems, allergies, etc. The problem is controlling dosage. You would not know how much you could eat and that would be very dangerous.
