You need to download malwarebytes http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware... update it, and run a full system scan. This will remove the virus "system security 2009"

Very bad virus
Dude, you need to remove this virus asap, if you dont the infection will download or spread more files on your computer.
I would do this...
* Look for a really odd short name possibly with 2009 in it, anyways the process will look odd
* End it if you find it, Av2009, AvSecurity would be examples
* Download Malware Bytes (www.malwarebytes.org)
* Download Super Anti Spyware (www.superantispyware.com)
* You should now run these files, cant install or even download, then look through your processes again
* If there are no processes i would recommend restarting your machine Press F8 after Black screen (BIOS) and then select Safe Mode with networking and try to download and run them there
* If you can run them here just run a full scan with all of these programs, and schedule a full scan with each
* Cannot Download!!! Use a second machine to download, use a disk to transfer (Can use a mem stick, but reformat on transfer for files)
* Cannot Install!!! Sometimes privledges will be disabled in safe mode, however malware bytes installed for me.
* If you cant install atall, i would recommend downloading Dr web live CD, and burn it to a disk, you need an ISO burner etc. NERO.
* Once burned, you can boot the CD from the actual BIOS into a linux based operating system that will scan Windows for any infection
* Windows is not required to run, therefore infection cannot be run or spread but cleaning can. use this as a last resort.
* After DR web has done its job i would recommend trying to install again, and running at least malware bytes.
^_^
If you got 2 here then thats bad because the only last resortis to use a Windows Live Recovery CD to reinstall or actually repair the OS.
GOOD LUCK

Start your computer in safe mode and search for the virus and then try to delete it.

malwarebytes free edition is good but your going to have to rename it to make it work as the virus will keep you from opening and updating malwarebytes.
