I filed 2 years of taxes on the same day. My 2010 taxes obviously need to be mailed in to the IRS. My 2011 taxes can be e-filed. I mailed my 2010 taxes today but of course it will take a few days to get to the destination. Can I still efile my 2011 taxes before my 2010 taxes arrive? I live in Michigan.

I have a 95 ford taurus. The belt tensioner is obviously bad. When the car idles, the belt flops all over the place, squeaks, and i can see the tensioner flopping around as well. My concern is that when i put the car into gear, i hear the belt squeal and the car stops running immediately. The coil pack, spark plugs and wires are all brand new. The cap and rotor are fairly new and everything seems to be in working order. Also, as soon as this happened with the tensioner, there is a drastic loss of power when accelorating. could the loss of power, shaking, and motor stop running when put into gear be caused by the bad tensioner?

ok sorry so long but i need to let you know some details. i am 25 years old and i have 2 kids with my ex. i now have 1 child with my current girlfriend that i have been with for a year and a half. she also has 1 child from a previous relationship. we live together in my home that i bought early last year with my ex. my current girlfriend has a huge problem with that. she says she doesnt want to live in a house that i used to live in with my ex. i try to explain to her that i am willing to move, but in todays economy, it will be hard to get rid of my house. also, we keep arguing over everything. everytime we argue and she gets upset she starts saying things intentionally to try to hurt me. she is honest and told me such. i am not innocent either, i get loud and call her names when she does that, and that just makes things worse. i feel like she is always on my case about everything that i am doing wrong, but wont tell me when i do right. i want to make this work but we cannot communicate and i would really like some advice on how to get through to eachother

My girlfriend just had our second child. she is 5'5 and was 130 pounds. she is having a hard time because she still has some flabby looking skin around her abdomen. I keep telling her that she looks great, (she really does) but she would like to tighten that up the best that she can without going through rediculous surgey. my question however, is there anyone who knows a good workout that she can do to help tighten everything up? shes not looking for a six pack, but would like to tone up and get as close to normal as possible. i would appreciate any advice on a good workout regimen.

my girlfriend is 39 weeks pregnant with our baby girl. she went to the doctor today and was told that our baby is measuring small. the doctor performed an ultrasound and concluded that our baby is in the 16th percentile. he also told us that if the baby isnt moving alot then he will have to induce. the amniotic fluid level is still good inside the sack. when we asked what being in the 16th percentile could mean and should we worry, the doctor responded with " i dont know ". he then told us to watch the babies movement carefully and that concluded our visit. we understand that our baby is larger than 16% of babies at 39 weeks, but that is small. also, the fact that the doctor wont give us any information is starting to worry me. is there a problem? what should we be worrying about? and please if you dont know, please dont guess.

i clicked on something out of my email and somehow i got a whole bunch of pop ups. it turns out that i have a virus known as system security 2009. i have avg 8.5 but no components are available. i read about the virus and they tell me to stop the program in the task manager but i have no idea what the file name for the virus is. i dont know alot about computers at all. so if someone could help me out i would appreciate any advice i could get.

i financed a car in Michigan 2 1/2 years ago. my payment is $145 a month for 5 years, i have been paying $175 a month to pay it off in 4 years. when i financed the used car, i was told that if i write a letter with all my payments then the additional money would go to the car instead of the interest. so every month i sent a letter with my payment of $175. well i checked on it today and i was told that the additional money went to the interest only. i was also told that the dealership can fix some of it but they will not go back 2 1/2 years. what can i do? i am very responsible with my money and credit, i worked out a 6 year plan with my job, money, vehicle, home, savings, credit etc. now this changes everything and i feel that all the transactions should be fixed. am i wrong? please advise me in what i can do.

does anyone else feel that the mythbusters are full of crap? i recently watched a few shows and they are extremely innovative, talented, knowledgeable, and educated individuals. but i still feel that some of the myths that i saw could have had more tests that are appropriate to decide if it is a myth or not. and what really got me aggrevated is that they busted the myth of subwoofers causing enough pressure to break your windows. the fabricated this homemade giant subwoofer and did a few tests with that and decided that you cannot break the glass in your vehicle. well i have beeen a part of the audio competition world for a while and i have had it done in my blazer. i have video proof and have seen it happen many times. so how can they say it is not possible?

the girl im with has a 4 year old daughter. the father of said daughter signed all custody to the mother in court. she now has full custody, the court has told her that any decision making regarding her daughter is now in her hands alone as well as any visitation rights for the father. the father sees the daughter 5 days a week and complains that it is not enough. he told the mother that he is going to the court to get more visitation rights because he feels what she is doing is illegal. he gave up all of his custody rights, can he still contest in court in the state of michigan?

i have 2 boys with my ex. Jordan and Jacob were at my house with me and Jordan said " momma is going to change my last name, im jordan bradley rogers" rogers is the last name of her new boyfriend. i am on the birth certificates and will never give up my rights as their father because i will always keep them in my life. is it still possible for her to change their last name without my concent, they both do have my last name

I bought a home in february of 2008 in Roseville Michigan. My girlfriend and my 2 children were living at the home with me. we broke up and i let her stay at the house with my kids. in february of 2009 she told me that she couldnt make the mortgage payment anymore and that she was moving out. she also had her 2 cousins living in the home with her. i went to the courthouse and evicted everybody from my home and gave them until april 1, 2009 to vacate the property. they all did infact vacate the property except the 2 cousins left alot of their belongings in my basement. it is now july 2, 2009 and i would like to have my basement back. how do i legally get rid of their stuff?
