What are the charges for....?

Second Degree Manslaughter?

First Degree Manslaughter?

Second Degree Petit Larceny?

Insurance Fraud?

And how would these charges change if the person convicting them was mentally ill? If they would change at all?

Update:

I didn't commit these by the way - it's just some research I'm doing and I can't find the sentances for second-degree crimes anywhere.

    Have them checked by a shrink to make sure. Otherwise, your pretty much screwed.
