Is there more evidence of God than George Washington?

It's my understanding that god does not directly communicate with his followers only his prophets. There is much more evidence for George Washington. If there was evidence of god then could you still have faith in god or would just believe in something you've seen?

No. And saying that "there are so many miracles done in Jesus's name that have many eye witnesses" is a meaningless statement unless evidence, eye witness accounts, etc are actually put on the table.

There is no evidence of any deity. None. Zip. Nada.

There is plenty of evidence for George Washington.

I was not aware that George Washington was evidence for anything.

However he did believe that beer was proof that God existed and liked us.

(But beer is really just proof that yeast microbes sweat alcohol when they are working)
