Teachers: I'm looking for back-to-school skit ideas to present to other teachers as a morale booster.?
As the question says, I'm looking for ideas for a short skit that a small group of teachers will present to other teachers during our staff development days before the first day of school. My goal is to increase staff morale, so I figured anything that makes fun of ourselves would be cool, but I am open to all suggestions.

You could have one person play the teacher role hitting on all of the usual first day topics and attempts to engage/impress/befriend/intimidate the students, lampooning every teaching style you can think of. After each teacher punchline, one student would stand up and tell the audience what is really going on in his/her head, from wanting to catch up with friends to new crushes to worries about procedures/directions/meeting new people/grades, etc.
There's a lot of ground there, so write down all your ideas without getting married to any of them and then edit it down tight. Remember, just like those students, most of the teachers in the meeting just want to get to their room and get to work or catch up with their friends. . .
