What percentage of buyers can afford their new cars?
Now that the government has shelled out another 2 billion, how many people in about a year or two will probably have to have their new cars repossesed?

That would be my prediction. If they are already struggling it doesn't make much since to add an additional $400 + car payment and now they must have full coverage insurance.
