just find what each one is divisible by, like 21 and 81 can both be divided by 3 so then it narrows down to 7/27 which would be the lowest term, an easy way to start is to see if both numbers are even, if they are, then you can already divide both by two and go from there, honestly it will probably take you about as much time as writing out your question did, it shouldn't be too difficult if you just start small

We're "smarty" enough to know that you don't want HELP with your homework, you just want us to do it for you.
If both the numerator and denominator are even, just start dividing both by two until you can't anymore. For the odds, try beginning with three (or five if it ends in five).
You could have done this on your own by the time you typed it all for us to do!

If it's really easy, then I'm sure you won't mind doing it yourself.
Have fun! :)
