What Kind Of Version Of Internet explorer you have if you have internet explorer 8 or 7 or 6 there's internet explorer with ot add ons and internet explorer with add ons this problem gets caused if you dont know then go to tools and go to internet options and then click on security and click on customize and find add ons or do this
1. Right-click the IE icon on the Start Menu, choose Properties. Go to the
Shortcut tab. In the Target field, if "-extoff" is at the end of the path to
iexplore.exe, edit it out leaving "C:\Program Files\Internet
Explorer\iexplore.exe" (leave the quotes.)
2. Internet Options> Advanced> Browsing> check "Enable third-party browser
extensions."
