Babysitting tips for a 2 and 4 yr old?
p.s. the babysitting will take place at my house as it usually does..
:)
(i am babysitting this sunday)
I always babysit these 2 little girls one is 2 and her sister is 4.
does anyone have activities to do with them?
i watch them normally for about three hours and i am only 13 so there's not THAT much i can really do.
the 2 yr old barley talks so its hard to do activities and stuff.
this is my fourth time babysitting them and so far i have done things such as
play with sidewalk chalk
take walks
draw pictures
make puppets
and just do other things like that but are there any other activities that you can think of?
also i am a little stuck when it comes to food. there mother doesn't feed them when i watch them which is usually around 4 or 5 and i never know what to give them for dinner.
i give them snacks and stuff like apples and bananas but what appropriate for dinner? they only pretty much want a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, but i don't like giving them that over & over cause i don't want to seem like cheep or anything to there mom.
thanks sorry its long but please help!!!
:)

I keep two little ones too. Two years and 6 months. I like to take them to the park. Perhaps there is a park nearby that you could take them to. The two year old loves to go to the park. I wouldn't worry about feeding them pb and j sandwiches. If that is what they want, there is nothing wrong with that. I'm thinking as long as they don't eat candy then it is probably okay. Maybe try some mac n cheese, my own children love that. Maybe a peanut butter sandwich with a banana would work. Even chicken nuggets. Kids can't resist those.
