question about subs and amp hook up?

i have a 1000 watt kenwood amp and a 15" punch p2 and a 12" W3 what are the risks of hooking all up

    Well #1 Sounding like crap... you dont hook and 12 and a 15 up... you dont even hook 2 different brands up together or 2 different subwoofers....

    If you plan on useing both off the same amp, expect different sound quality out of each one. By my experiance, the bigger the speaker size the more it consentrates on your higher frequencies. But if that don't matter to you (not much of a noticable differance anyway) then at least make sure your subs can handle 1000 w. And also make sure your amp is a 2-channel (has 2 + and 2 - ports for yor wires. You'll be fine with that.
