MMA style fighting for teenagers?

im 16 and i would like to train/learn to fight MMA. are there programs that i could use to specifically help me with MMA/UFC style fighting?

    go to a gym and they should have MMA lessons.

    You could learn martial arts. The phrase martial means war. You could learn war arts or even better learn the "Art of War." But if youre learning just for glory then go ahead and learn all of the other stuff the glory seeks are learning. MMA is a style that incorporate other styles. The guru of incorporating other styles into his own was Bruce Lee.

    War is dangerous my friend and it will result in some injuries to yourself and/or to others. You have a 50% chance of dying in every fight you get into. You also have a 50% of winning and you have 50% chance of both of you dying. The numbers dont match up.

    The wisest answer I can offer to you is this. If your really want to learn how to fight. Start with your mind, then your spirit and then finally your physical body.

    i say start with BJJ and mauy thai if possible.. they are the basics and are great things to know to become and all around mma fighter. being able to get good at boht of those will make u a very dangeruos mma fighter... also high school wrestling if u can.. it will add to your game a ton

    You could buy the Gracie videos, they show you some MMA moves and how to do them, and I know they have to be cheaper then classes.

    Take muay thai and bjj classes.

    well you can take kickboxing, capolliera or muy thai classes to learn how to fight that way with the strong grapples and all that, like kicking and counter attacks
