Is an AC with blue fins, better than others any way ?

I am suggested to buy an AC with blue fines of both cooling and condensing grill frames as such AC do better than others, is there any rationale behind their working with color of fins ?

    Is it promoted by Gene Simmons??? lol Types of materials are important, not their colors. Copper or aluminum are some of the best conductors of heat.
