Do you have a ton of applications running in the background? when was the last time you ran scandisk? Have you Defragmented your system on a regular basis?

May Be Your PC Anti Virus May Be Running in Back Ground.It Take Some Virtual Memory.So Ur PC Hanging.Or So Many Applications Are Running in Background
