I sold a car how long does the guy have to come pick it up before I can try to re-sell it?
It is a 1968 chevelle, i bought it like 3 years ago, I never had a title for it. The guy came and bought it, he paid cash. I wrote him out a bill of sale, but I have not heard from him in 6 months. I dont have any way to contact him, and I need to get it out of my yard.

After 30 days, it would be the same as someone abandoning it on your property. It's basically been abandoned and you can get a "salvage title" for it. You can sell it again or whatever.

In order
to do this legally you would have to print a legal notice in the local newspaper. If you get no response you could then reclaim the property and resell it or retitle it.
It's a 68 chevy why wouldn't you want the title so you could restore it and enjoy it!

unless you agreed a term for collection, anything after 30 days and you can re sell it

Park it in the road, it's not your responsibility anymore since you don't own it.
