Delay from my xbox to my LG HD tv?

Delay from my xbox to my LG HD tv?

There is a slight delay between the Xbox and my TV it also happens with my PS2 I have them hooked up through the RCA's can anyone help fix this?

    Odd. Check the refresh rate of the TV, your TV may be slow.

    The TV may be upscaling the 480i signal (from the composite jack) to 1080i HD which may be the cause of the lag.

    If you have an HDTV why are you using composite (RCA) video and not HDMI/DVI/Component?
