I think the mainstream media has a love affair with Obama. They may not like his policies but they love him.

And because of that, the mainstream media seem to show only positive things about Obama. They would never show negative stuff. If so, only for a few seconds on air.

FOX will take the negative stuff and have hours of coverage of it.

MSNBC is so deep into OBAMA even his negative stuff is spun into gold!

So yes, the media is nothing but a Propaganda machine!

    Yes!!

The main stream media has become a joke in this country to me , they are nothing more then mouth pieces for the Liberal agenda. Anyone that does not see this is just a kool-aid drinker.

Fox and most of Talk radio is slanted right but that hardly makes it even versus the mass of liberal news out there , but then again Media does not have to be unbiased after all there is freedom of the press

Of course. When the powerful saw how Joesph Goebbels use of radio, mass rallies, and written media in the '30 smart politicos all over the world saw the need to control what comes out to the "unwashed masses".

you have to listen to both sides (and there are sides in the media) and assume the truth is somewhere in the middle. I have completely excluded CNN as a new source after watching people cover their "coverage" with their own personal cameras though. You can watch video from CNN and still have no idea what actually happened. creative editing is an understatement.

I'm bored with the media. I don't know. Have you read John Twelve Hawks books?

When you consider they don't only control the spin of the stories, but what stories to cover at all and at which times, yes.

I think their goal is what it has been all along. RATINGS. And bad news sells more newspapers than good news. Even if it means CREATING bad news disguised as "investigative journalism".

The corporate media rarely mentions corporate welfare
