no longer even close, an Intel Atom processors are low powered single cores (i think of a million twin middle would be available) that are utilized in Netbooks or comparable laptops for prolonged battery existence and performance. the computing gadget capability isn't everywhere on the threshold of an Intel middle 2 or the recent i sequence CPUs. Why do you pick for an i5 or greater powerful by way of the way? middle 2 Duos are nonetheless high quality for many jobs, i'm hoping you're actually not basically leaping onto a tech bandwagon.

Well i was able to run CS4 on a 900mhz pc and 512 of ram. so why could not yours.

look for system requirements for photoshop 4 ---but i don't think it will--it is a netbook
